Bespoke Built Limited as mentioned on the home page is a specialist Interiors fit out company based in Christchurch. Directed by Brook Dench, who has over a decade of experience in the "fit out" industry, Bespoke Built aims to be a market leader by providing experience and expertise to the industry.
Using cost effective stratiges and bussiness plans Bespoke Built manages to offer top quality work at a lower price to its competitors, resulting in all our customers getting the very best deal possible. Shopfitting is the core business of Bespoke Built and with experience in installations in both Europe and Christchurch, Bespoke Built can offer a diverse range of options for your shop and tailor everything to suit your needs. On top of this Bespoke Built is able to provide services from full turnkey installations through to installation and management only. Shop fitting is about quick turnarounds and dealing with time critical deadlines driven by centre openings, Bespoke Built understands this! We aim to leave you 100% satisfied and with all our projects completed on time.
Health & Safety (H&S) is the single most important part of the commercial installation sector. We considers Health & Safety a priority. All sites run a site induction process and keep a register of all operatives and visitors that come onto site. Induction registers are kept as part of this process.
We operate a zero tolerance to Drugs and Alcohol within the work place and pride ourselves in having a 100% injury free record. All site operatives are Site Safety Registered which allows us access to all of the major construction sites within New Zealand.
Health & Safety starts with identifying the hazards. We produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all commercial projects. We prepare all required documentation to landlords and landlord representatives. We will provide as part of this process a Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan as part of the approval process, and provide a Health & Safety Maintenance File upon completion. We are committed to ensure the highest standards in Health and Safety, for our Employees and Sub-Contractors, from the start of the building process on site until you move in, in accordance Health & Safety in Employment’s Act 1992. Bespoke Built Ltd encourages all our subcontractors to be "Site Safe" accredited members
